2008年初次贷危机，很多企业纷纷转换运营思路。2009年、2010年浙江开始享受“机器换人”国家15%到20%的补贴，这让沉浸在机械行业多年的葛新眼前一亮 “我们都是机械行业，自动裁剪机属于纺织服装一类的。现在和接下来的几十年，这都将是前景广阔的项目。首先，跟我们产品相关的上游和下游，吊挂、缝纫机基本上在国内已然开始，以前是普通缝纫机，现在是电脑缝纫机，还有加装机械手的机器，产业都在向自动化、智能化过渡发展。”时隔多年，在谈起企业创办初衷及发展规划时，葛新对行业发展精确的把控与专业让笔者为之钦佩。

不忘初心 迎难而上

“最开始做这个项目并没有落户在嘉善产业新城内，而是在嘉善一个很偏僻的一个地方，一个朋友的厂房里，很艰苦。”葛新回忆创业之初如是说。

创业的艰苦，只有经历过的人才明白。当时，为了把样机模型做出来，葛新带领团队一个月几乎每天都只睡两三个小时。纵然高强度的工作量，但却没有一个人退缩。

与研发产品相比，更困难的事情又摆在了葛新面前。创业之初对客户的选择、诚信度、财务状况等把握有误，客户在拿完设备一星期后由于其自身经济问题被查封，博派智能面临着无法回收设备款项与继续生产缺乏经费的双重压力，焦头烂额之际，葛新仍然选择坚守与担当，在经过多方面的解决，公司终于保持住了正常的运转。

“办法总比问题多，只要这样想，问题总会解决的。”历经磨难的葛新，神情泰若，接着说到“不忘初心，就像你在做企业的时候一样，碰到问题时，想一想，当初为什么要做，这个时候不忘初心，你就会跨过很多障碍。第一，要有信心；第二，在做事情之前，大家热情澎湃，但碰到问题的时候也一定要从始而终，不要害怕，要想办法解决。我是理工男，在想问题做事情的时候（大部分在做计划的时候）按照最坏的打算去做，碰到问题时，按照最好的结果去想，去做。很多事情便能迎刃而解了。”

入驻产业新城 共创辉煌未来

在入驻嘉善产业新城创客邦之前，博派智能在上海驻扎了十几年，后来转战在嘉善边上的一个厂房里。2017年，在充分了解创客邦后，博派智能选择了入驻。
